Daily provides an audio briefing experience. You agree to use the app and website only in compliance with applicable law and in a way that does not interfere with the service.
Accounts and subscriptions
Some features may require an account or subscription. If subscriptions are offered, billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled through Apple’s App Store under Apple’s terms.
Content and availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
